Three strikes and they're out I purchased a used car at East-Court and like other posts I also had friendly and helpful sales staff. When you think about it, would anyone buy a veh I purchased a used car at East-Court and like other posts I also had friendly and helpful sales staff. When you think about it, would anyone buy a vehicle if the sales person was rude and then write about it? Anyway, it’s too bad that the service dep’t turned out to be a big joke. Shortly after my purchase, I stopped by at another dealer closer to home to get an extra key programmed. That’s when I learned how good East-Court’s service department is. The dealer tells me the door key mechanism doesn’t work and needs repair. Dealer says that the car should have failed the Safety Certification because of that defect. What!! But East-Court had done the Safety inspection and certification. Must be an honest mistake that the door lock failed coincidently after I drove off the lot. Then came more. The second dealer did some checks and reported that I had torn wiper blades, a broken seat mechanism and a spare tire with no air. What!! My car had a Pre Delivery Inspection done before taking delivery, which East-Court likes to charge $400 for. I guess the inspection just inspects and doesn’t fix. My fault for not having it spelled out in writing. Some time on I went back to East-Court to get my free oil change. They put the wrong oil in the car. Another honest mistake I guess, though even I could clearly read the oil spec on the filler cap. Maybe the service guys are just plain smarter than the engineers who wrote the spec. Then to add insult, they charged me a fee for my free oil change. What!! They said it was a mandatory government fee. So I paid but found out later that was all a big fat line. Glad I’m out of that place and will never be back, no matter how nice the reviews of sales staff are. More

Probably no one recieved the memo in this dealership, would never recommend anyone come to this xxxx hole, heritage Ford will take care of you like your family, eastcourt just wants your money. More

Free oil changes are a joke. Sales include free oil changes with my car purchase. Bumped into another customer getting his "FREE" oil change. Told me the service was great cuz they only charge a few bucks. I have to get a new dictionary. They must have changed the meaning of "FREE". I've got a sensitive back side. This dealership really irritated it. Soon as I collected on all my "FREE" oil changes, these people will never see me again. More

THE WORST dealership ever If you are thinking get a car from this dealer, please do yourself a favour, DO NOT DO IT. It is THE WORST dealership ever. I get my new car just one If you are thinking get a car from this dealer, please do yourself a favour, DO NOT DO IT. It is THE WORST dealership ever. I get my new car just one year ago, from day one, one of the tire is leaking. I have to go back to the dealer very next day to get the flat tire fix. But here was the answer I get from them, “ It is all your fault, you must run into a nail or something, we have nothing to do with it”. I have to wait 3 hours and beg them to get a brand new car fix. Finally they find out it was the valve that is leaking, which is obviously a factory defect. So they get it fix. Guess what, for the last year, I have pump up that tier every one or two month. I go to the dealer every 3 month to do my oil change and maintenance, every single time I have to beg to check my tier. But every time I get the same answer, “ we find nothing wrong. If you want find out the problem, take your car in when the tier is flat”. There is one thing I never understand, how can I driver my car to the dealership when the tier is flat? Now just after one year, this tier is worn out, I have to pay for tow new tiers. And again they blame it to me, “ It is all because you did not do your tire rotation on time”. But I did my tire rotation 3 month ago, right way after their service told me I May need one. “ No, It was to late”, So I guess I need to tell their mechanic when the car need tire rotation, instead the specialist tell me when the car need some job done. This dealership definitely need to learn to spend a little more time to do their job, less time spend on finding excuses. More
