East-Court Lincoln.....where the customer DOES NOT come 1st! I bought my first Ford 50 years ago, and since then have purchased quite a few cars....all Ford & GM models. I will say that my experience with East- I bought my first Ford 50 years ago, and since then have purchased quite a few cars....all Ford & GM models. I will say that my experience with East-Court Lincoln in April 2017 was, by far, the worst of them all. The sales staff were not impolite but the purchasing process was painful, and getting after-sales service to satisfy some issues that were agreed upon in the sales contract was difficult. 3 months after this deal, we bought a GM pickup truck and the sales and customer service we received at this dealership were impeccable. I will NEVER deal with East-Court again, and I have made a point of advising family, friends and acquaintances to Shop elsewhere. I seriously question the validity of many of the glowing reviews given this dealership. I can hardly believe we're talking about the same crappy outfit! More

Shahzad Ahmad was the sales manager .I received an exceptional customer service from Him. Shahzad from our first meeting was welcoming and made me feel very comfortable quite quickly. He tried his best to find the car according to my requirements and gave me the best price he could to match with my budget .Each time I had a question about something he would respond back right away. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient,helpful and kind-no gimmicks, he keeps his promises . He was very accommodating in finalizing the deal. All in all a great experience!! I would definitely recommend East-Court Ford Lincoln to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I rate this review a 4 star because, I have minor changes to resolved with the Financial Service Manager and hoping it will be resolved, otherwise I will rate this review a 5 Star.But, for Shahzad Ahmad I rate him 5 Star for Customer Service More
