I've been frustrated a few times but confident that Vishu did his best when it came to aspects of the sale where he could offer advice and secure the best deal at the time for me. I'm about a 40 min drive from the dealership but continue going back because Vishu and East court have beaten the majority of their competition consistently. I'll be returning for my wife's next vehicle....and I'll be requesting Vishu. More

He is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about Ford products, and most important in this industry, he is trustworthy and kind. Yesterday, for example, his group bought pizza for all the waiting customers, who Navin treats like part of a family,and never takes customers for granted. I have, for the past 6 years, and always will bring, not only my Explorer to Navin, but I also bring all of my family and friends to attend East-Court Ford, even though I live far...East-Court Ford, because of Service Manager Navin K., is worth the drive from HALTON-Hills.
