Brand new 2018 Mustang transmission gets a code within 1 year, I take it to their dealership they (Brad Craig) said they would fix it within a few days and refused to give me a loaner vehicle claiming the program was cancelled (my original salesman from another ford dealership said this was a flat out lie they told me). 3 days later there was not even a diagnostic completed and I was told I had to wait another week. During that week I spoke to the same guy he told me they were working on my transmission and getting it fixed for the end of the week and it will be ready for pick up. 10 days in I get told it will take another 4 days as they are busy with other vehicles. On top of that he tells me they have not even started working on my vehicle and it would be another week and a half and would still refuse to give me a loaner vehicle even though it will be almost a month with my car sitting at their dealership and no one has laid a finger on it. I'm the type of guy where if a restaurant gets my order wrong I never say anything, I never leave bad reviews if I order something online and its wrong or whatever. But this place is just God xxxx awful, full of lies and the Ford F-150 I was going to buy for my dad this June just turned into a Dodge Ram. Lost a customer for life. More

Definitely Check this Dealer Out! After searching online for hours on end for a truck and visiting 7 other ford dealerships I found out about Eastcourt Ford. For the identical truck at After searching online for hours on end for a truck and visiting 7 other ford dealerships I found out about Eastcourt Ford. For the identical truck at other ford dealers Eastcourt beat prices by upwards of $10,000. I was in shock. After test drives with Rajan and his knowledge of the truck he was offering I knew they were my dealer. I was addiment I wanted to be given an out the door price with no surprises or extra costs...most dealers avoid that (I had learned) but these guys did not. There was a few features I wanted Rajan spent the time to find exactly what I needed. During the process the manager Shazad Ahmad came to introduce himself and personally make sure I was satisfied and being looked after. Shazad was able to meet my requirements and put me in a Lariat!! Under my budget!! I couldn’t have been happier, was well worth my 2 hour drive there. When I went to pick it up I was greeted by Rajan and Shazad with a shiney truck waiting, a hand shake and a small parting gift Shazad knew I’d like to go with my truck.
