A very disappointing experience at Drouin et Frères. We had made an appointment in advance because we were driving more than two hours to see a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas. While we were already on our way, the salesperson, Enrik, contacted us to let us know that he would not be available after all and that another salesperson would take care of us. When we arrived, no one seemed to be expecting us. We also felt that our visit was not really a priority and that there was very little time available to spend with us. The salesperson we met even explained to us that they work on commission and that we had to deal with Enrik. What was particularly disappointing was not that a salesperson could have an unexpected conflict. It was the lack of communication and preparation, especially considering that we had clearly explained that we were driving more than two hours for this appointment. We were serious buyers and were prepared to consider purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, the experience left us with the impression that our time and the effort we made to get there were not respected. I strongly recommend confirming that someone will actually be available before making a long drive to this dealership. More
