I have extended warranty on my 2011 jeep compass it was added by Chrysler because the subframe was built with cheap material. Both front and rear frames. 2020 December I had front replaced because all my added by Chrysler because the subframe was built with cheap material. Both front and rear frames. 2020 December I had front replaced because all my bolts were breaking. My cost 2021 December I noticed that the rear rotted completely, mike doyle took on the warranty. They kept the jeep there for a week and a half then said l, this and that needed to be replaced I said go ahead and do the extra work 200 dollars in parts then 500 dollars in labour. first, 3/4 of the labour should have been covered with the warranty because the job was being done there was no real extra cost involved. They said Chrysler will not cover heating of boots. Therefore that is on the customer to pay. Second, they should have given me a rental My final words They rip customers off More
Anyone purchasing a new vehicle here DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, bought a new Rebel in 2019 and less than a year my driver seat had stitching let go and they wouldn’t warranty it!!! Service department is not trustworthy. I was VERY disappointed with the recent service I received at the body shop of Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I felt like I was being blown off by the staff. What was even more upsetting was that I f received at the body shop of Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I felt like I was being blown off by the staff. What was even more upsetting was that I felt like I was being talked down to by the staff. I was told more reasons why they wouldn’t be able to find the leak rather than what they were going to do to solve the issue. The reason I brought my truck in was for a water leak. Water was entering the cab and draining through the A pillar on the driver side grab handle. Not the only Ram truck to have this issue. I also had to have a piece of trim replaced. Unfortunately the wrong piece of trim was replaced. This was after I had been to the dealership twice with the vehicle to show them the piece of trim that required replacing. Left with the leak still occurring and the the trim piece not replaced. I asked for, but never received a work order description for the wrong piece of trim being replaced, what was done to check for the leak or if the service bulletins were followed to determine where the the leak may be coming from. Hope the next appointment is better. Not sure when that will be. Being left in limbo by the body shop at this point. More
