After sending Melissa an email to get a conversation started about financing a new Crosstrek, she sent back a wonderful response that answered my questions and clarified what I was unsure about in relation to the production of the Crosstrek (I originally wanted to order a 2023, but was informed that the 2023 model was no longer being manufactured, so Melissa directed me towards a 2024 Crosstrek and informed me of the new features and creature comforts that the 2024 had to offerr). The entire process from start to finish can only be described as smooth with healthy amounts of friendly conversation. As the time passed between my initial deposit. Before I knew it my Crosstrek had been delivered and Melissa provided me with a way to schedule my appointment to pick up my new vehicle, which gave me the perfect amount of time to sell my old vehicle and get my documents in order before the pickup date. Before I went to pick up my new Crosstrek I arranged with Melissa to purchase 3 items for my new vehicle (Window Deflectors, Seat Back Covers and a Hitch Mount). Melissa ensured that those 3 items were installed prior to my pick up. On the day of picking up my new Crosstrek, Melissa took the time to go through all of the features and new technology with me while I sat in the driver seat. From introducing me to the functions on the steering wheel; to assisting in setting up my phone for Apple Carplay so that I had everything connected prior to my departure. I cannot state it enough that Melissa went above and beyond what I'd expected from her (even after reading the 5 pages recommending her) and that my entire purchase process was smooth and communication was top notch. I would happily recommend any of my friends or family to see Melissa at Downtown Subaru if they were looking for a new car. More
