One week later (week 10) finally received a call that they are looking into this. We just want something in wrtiting that states that we have a service contract with Chrysler along with the details of the extended coverage. More

Not a big deal. Anyways, if you want a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram car in Toronto, look for DAVID STIRPE, don’t look for anyone else. More

Excellent dealership with no pressure sales This is the 2nd time I've gone to this dealership to buy a Jeep; this time around I upgraded from the Jeep Compass Limited to the Jeep Cherokee Trailh This is the 2nd time I've gone to this dealership to buy a Jeep; this time around I upgraded from the Jeep Compass Limited to the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Both times, I've dealt with Chris Latorre and each time has been fantastic! He didn't pressure me to buy additional features I didn't want; not sure whether this is because he knows his customers well or it's just his style. I'm the type of customer that knows exactly what he wants, because I've spec'ed out and research my Jeep for a few months before buying one. When I went in to buy the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, it was really smooth and simple. I sat in his office, asked for the model and the specs I wanted and told him one thing,"I want to maximize the aggressive look of the vehicle.". He delivered! I didn't know you could have black rims, but he substituted the default silver rims for black ones and IT LOOKS AWESOME! The only time he asked if I wanted to add a feature was when he noticed I didn't want the tech package. I didn't see much value in the tech package if you're a careful driver, but he didn't pressure me at all when I said,"No, thanks". Throughout the entire process they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, but I would've appreciated updates as they arrive (ie. When the VIN is available, vehicle has left the factory, vehicle is in Canada, ETA of vehicle arrival) I had to call to find out the status of each of these. To note though, I had a factory order, so you wouldn't experience this if you simply buy a car from the lot. I had done a trade-in with my old Jeep Compass Limited and the trade-in was really smooth. They inspected the car, took it and catered all my concerns. They wanted to take the vehicle early so they could begin all the body work and updates, so they can sell it. I'd asked them for a letter dictating that they picked up the vehicle, to which they obliged and provided me the proof of pick-up letter when I gave them the keys. All-in-all, this dealership is fantastic and I would highly recommend it! More

Financing was a breeze and I was thoroughly supported and made aware of any fine print. The Toronto Jeep dealership team worked with me to create a sensational experience. It took two days from purchase to delivery and I was even referred to an insurance broker who provided me with an awesome rate and spectacular service. I was driven home and picked up by the shuttle service who were timely and friendly and the dealership manager even called me to introduce himself and offer any assistance I may require. Overall, a more than pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
