My entire interaction with Mitch was exceptional, all questions were answered in an open and honest way.and he even entertained my mild panic with buying my first ever brand new vehicle. I was actually advised to wait a couple of days (at the end of the month) because the opportunities for me might be better. At no point did i feel pressured or being pushed into and options or a vehicle I did not want. It was a very easy experience. The entire staff were great, Richard told me that if Mitch was not available, he would be available to answer my questions. Karla took care of my financing and insurance with only 1 phone call. all good downtown I was in the door less then 2 minutes before being greeted by a gent named AJ. Friendly and welcoming I mentioned that I was looking for a used (almos I was in the door less then 2 minutes before being greeted by a gent named AJ. Friendly and welcoming I mentioned that I was looking for a used (almost new) 'loaded' 300c or something equivalent. He took me to his office where we discussed the particulars. Although I new what I was looking for, he did show me similar cars that were less in price. I was in no mood for haggling and knew the price was very close to other dealerships that I had researched on the net. The sale was set and the paper work took 45 minutes, or so. All in all, a pleasant experience that took very little effort on my part... exactly what I wanted! Picked up the car three days later a happy camper. Had my first oil change last week, in and out in 1 hour. However, if it is a gripe, the gent at the service counter could be a bit more friendly. Certainly not rude, just not outgoing. Oh well. Thus far, I would recommend this dealership. More
