I was amazed how smooth and easy the process of choosing the car and financing approval went on. I was after a major surgery at that time and Gulnara Ovezova made my purchase quick and easy. Earlier this week I facebooked my flat tire and the next morning I had a call from Gulnara who reminded me that I am eligible for warranty service in the dealership. What an amazing piece of news! Working with Domenic made shopping easy, fun and affordable. He never pushed anything on me which I appreciated. He was willing to spend time with me and walk me through every package that was offered. He was very knowledgeable and understood that this purchase was a huge decision which meant a lot. All in all, Dom and Downsview made my first car purchase experience easy and fun. Differently will be coming back. More

From the first phone call to the dealership, to driving out of the parking lot in a new ride, it was first-rate service all the way. I dealt with Derek Morris whom was patient, a wealth of knowledge, and really helped me secure (what I feel) was an unbeatable deal on my new ride (a fully loaded Fiat 500 Abarth Cabrio). Leslie Canada Dagatan in the finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. Lots of FIATs and lots of Jeeps on the sales lot/in the showroom which helps with figuring out what options you need/want on your new vehicle. I feel like I was valued as a customer, feel like I wasn't just treated as another number walking through the door, and feel like the staff at Downsview Chrysler went out of their way to ensure I got the best deal possible, leaving me here now, fully satisfied with the overall experience and singing their praises! :) I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and colleagues.
