Felt rushed and just a sale. Arrived on the 4th and after checking in to hotel, headed down to dealership. My wife and I walked into the dealership and not one hi or good afternoon after standing around in the dealership showroom from the staff and after inquiring learned that Alex had just run out to get a truck for us. He arrived outside of the dealership with a 3500 Silverado LTZ-i was puzzled as was my wife for I did not inquire about a 1 ton over the phone. We went for a test drive all the same and it was a very nice truck but not what I wanted. Inquired about a lifted gas 3/4 ton and went for a short test drive as was getting dark at this point. We sat down and he asked us which one we were deciding on and thought this was also odd as I didn't inquire about a one ton and tried one that caught my eye but was interested in a Denali 3/4 or Silverado 3/4 ton. Asked for final price and financing minus my trade in on one of them to see what price we would be sitting at and all he did was point at the computer screen for price and give me monthly terms-not what I asked for. I said we'd sleep on it and come back at ten the next morning and that night looked on website and found a 2016 Silverado 2500HD LTZ diesel. Texted him in the morning about the 2016 and asked for final price and financing and he said he was on it. I received a picture text of scribbles on a piece of paper for 72 and 84 month terms-once again not what I wanted and right then and there I was done dealing with a salesman who would not give me numbers on a $70,000 deal. More
