I bough Husan is a great sale associate. With a firm hand shake and a friendly smile he was all around great to deal with. As for the dealership... I bough a car and the over all take home value was $60,800. But due to my own personal circumstance 13 days later I needed to sell it. They offered me $48,000... I know a business needs to keep the lights on, But a $12,800 loss in 13 days? Its the lack of compassion & fairness that gives car dealerships a bad name. More

Cassidy was great For the first time ever I was able to get a new Cadillac and there was no high pressure sales just a genuinely nice team of people. Cassidy was great to work with we went on several test drives to decide what fit us best. Highly recommended. The price was very competitive and it was an all around great time. More

From our salesperson, Ethan, to the Finance Manager, Nik Jr., we were absolutely blown away with the way we were dealt with on our purchase. I have worked in the auto industry over 30 years at various dealerships, and find the treatment @ Don Wheaton is the best. Our daughter will be purchasing a vehicle in the next month or so, and we will back to Don Wheaton for that purchase as well. Koodoo's to the Wheaton team, even the receptionist was involved in making our experience the best. More

Really wasted my time I had done a great deal of investigation, totally decided I wanted a new Chevrolet pickup, As luck would have it the only vehicle in the entire city I had done a great deal of investigation, totally decided I wanted a new Chevrolet pickup, As luck would have it the only vehicle in the entire city that ticked all the boxes was at Don Wheaton, and oddly enough they had it at what appeared to be the lowest price. I called the day ahead and checked for availability and made an appointment. Dileep told me that he would not be in that day, due to it being his birthday. But would leave me in the capable hands of Corey. They assured me they would bring the truck around and have it ready for me. As we pulled up we saw them pulling up what I suspect would have been the vehicle I had asked to view. I never found out because we never actually got to see it. We reported to reception and let them know we were here, and soon Corey showed up to ask that we wait a few and he would send another dealer by to help us. There we handfulls of dealers there, and as far as I could tell on the whole lot there was only one other customer, and my wife and I, but in the end, no one ever came, we waited 45 minutes and then left. Excusing ourselves and cancelling the appointment. They may have been busy, but if they were it did not appear so to me. More

I asked how much it would be and was told 0.5 hour which is what Wolfe told me so i made an appointment for Monday. When I arrived I spoke to John McAvoy and right away he was telling me it would take an hour around $150. I told John I was in on Saturday and was told 0.5. This morning before going to Wheaton's I grabbed a new ignition key so I'd have an extra when I mentioned this to John his first words were we'll have to charge you more for this if you want to have it programmed my reply was I'd do it myself as (I thought it was like my Chevy and Pontiacs where you just cycled the good key then immediately cycled the new key) which it wasn't. They got my car into the shop and a tech finnaly started to work on it and next thing John is calling me to say the reciever in the car was not accepting signals and asked me if i wanted them to spend more time to find the problem but it would cost me more, I said go ahead as I wanted to know if I needed to pull a new receiver out of a parts dealer in the US cause all the Canadian suppliers were saying discontinued no longer available for sale, I found a new one online. In the end the Tech # 413 disconnected the receiver and reconnected it and it started working again so he was able to program my 2 fobs so I left feeling good about the car but bad as I feel I was mislead on pricing. If John really knew his product he would have informed me there was no self programming on my Caddy. I'm sure my car is not the first to need a receiver reset which should be part of the fob programming procedure, I watched the Tech from the moment my car was brought into the shop and he finally started working on it which was about 20 minutes total yet I was charged 0.8 so $ 122 labor, 19.52 Misc for a total of $ 148.60 . When John let me know it was done I asked if they had programmed my extra key and he replied no you said you'd do it yourself, again I didn't realize self programming was not an option so when I got home I tried setting up my key but failed, my point being the Tech already had the scan tool hooked up to the car but I would have to pay even more for a 2 minute job so now I'll have to make another trip and pay more to have an extra key for this car. Maybe if we were charged quoted rates a lot of people wouldn't have such a negative feeling about using dealership service departments. There is no customer development or retention at this dealership all it's about is we'll have to charge you more, so sad. Once they have your car your a hostage not impressive at all every little thing is we'll have to charge you more. You can probably get just as good of service at much better pricing elsewhere. Should have gone Wolfe for the real Caddy experience. Don't feel good about Wheaton's at all. More
