Oh Brandy was great, I bought my car 3 years ago, but when I bought it brandy told me I would have oils changes for free for as long as I owned the car??? I feel I was told false information, as I got my when I bought it brandy told me I would have oils changes for free for as long as I owned the car??? I feel I was told false information, as I got my oil change 2 weeks ago and when I picked it up Len says it’s 114.00 I was stunned as I was told free with caddy. Needless to say I’m so not happy. I need new tires all around not sure if I will go back. Also the auto body for don wheatons not impressed dust particles under paint bumpy around wheel frame. More

I bought a vehicle at Don Wheaton Chevy GMC in Edmonton just before the new year. I had done lots of footwork finding the vehicle I wanted and compared a couple of different dealerships on the same make an just before the new year. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and they were able to facilitate my needs. I thought to buy local but I couldn’t find my chosen vehicle close to home. Robyn was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and went the extra mile on all fronts. She gave me lots of insight and made sure I was impressed and happy purchasing my vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Don Wheaton and they continue to bend over backwards in their customer service—a 5 star experience. She has made me a lifer for Don Wheaton, for sure! The customer services and sales approach at Don Wheaton Chevrolet is outstanding. Melvin A. is extremely friendly and professional. He went out of his way to provide information about the vehicle we liked, Chevrolet is outstanding. Melvin A. is extremely friendly and professional. He went out of his way to provide information about the vehicle we liked, answer a number of questions we had and he threw in a few extra amenities/features into the deal. Melvin was more concerned that we left with the vehicle we actually wanted and at a fair deal. Even after the sale, he went above and beyond to solve an issue with the additional key that we had requested.
