Brandie has and will always be my go to person when it comes to vehicles! She knows her stuff and is always helpful! From day one she treated me like gold. Walked me through my vehicle options and helped me pick the one best suited for my lifestyle. She then helped me all the way through my financing options, clearly explaining everything. For the first time I really felt like I understood what I was getting. For my trucks regular maintenance I saw John McAvoy in the service department- he was also amazing. Helpful- kept excellent contact and made the whole thing convenient. This was my first brand new vehicle and Brandie and John made it an easy, fun and enjoyable experience. Will 100% send friends and family to buy and service from them at Don Wheatons! More

Highly disappointing! Highly disappointed with the manager, Mr Nick Seredych's customer skills at this dealership. Simply gobsmacked at the rude behavior exhibited by this Highly disappointed with the manager, Mr Nick Seredych's customer skills at this dealership. Simply gobsmacked at the rude behavior exhibited by this gentleman. He was rude,impatient, rigid, inflexible and clearly uninterested in selling. It was pretty obvious that he had no clue about the actual price of the vehicles, kept blaming the computer system for the changes in the price/specifications etc. Very impatient about the time spend with the customers who are in fact spending their precious time in the dealership to get the purchase done.. Hope he doesn't deal with anyone else in the same manner. Clearly time for introspection and reflection. Although his junior colleagues, Melvin and Bogdan were trying to be helpful, he clearly shut them up. We are appalled to see a negative example of leadership as this. We cant help but compare the welcome we received at Lincoln dealership a day before where we purchased a Navigator and stark difference we experienced at Don Wheaton where we had gone to buy an Escalade. Don Wheaton has lost a customer for a lifetime!!! More

Oh Brandy was great, I bought my car 3 years ago, but when I bought it brandy told me I would have oils changes for free for as long as I owned the car??? I feel I was told false information, as I got my when I bought it brandy told me I would have oils changes for free for as long as I owned the car??? I feel I was told false information, as I got my oil change 2 weeks ago and when I picked it up Len says it’s 114.00 I was stunned as I was told free with caddy. Needless to say I’m so not happy. I need new tires all around not sure if I will go back. Also the auto body for don wheatons not impressed dust particles under paint bumpy around wheel frame. More
