Worst dealership I’ve ever encountered. They sold me a used Ford Transit that had been in an accident which they didn’t disclose. And then they would not reimburse me for a competent service shop to fix the defects. Critical defects such as the steering rack that had been damaged when the van had hit the ditch. The Carfax report was silent on that. They raved up their pre-delivery “inspection” which proved to be all lies. Don’t trust these guys for a nanosecond when they say something has been completed on any vehicle. They are deceitful and totally untrustworthy. Beware, beware, beware. More

Scotty and the managers have xxxxing horrible customer service. Drove out there to see a vehicle and had a meeting with Scotty at 11:00 and he was nowhere to be found and the vehicle was sold the day befo service. She was not pushy or trying to force a sale on us and helped us find exactly what we wanted. -We dealt with Chantal for financing, she went nothing short of above and beyond to help us, was very professional and ensured our process was stress-free. If you absolutely want to purchase a vehicle from here, i would 100% request to deal with Lauren and Chantal for the entire process. Now, the reasons for the 1 star rating: - our vehicle had some in-transmit damage to the door- a big and very visible scratch. We we’re ensured by Robin, the sales manager, that this would be fixed, as the deal was pending this repair. Robin, was your typical sales person; pushy, un-attentive, and treated us like a number in the end of the month sales quota, during her brief involvements. After a week, we went to pick up our vehicle. We noticed the repairs were subpar- the scratch looked as if it was “repaired” by painting over it with a paint stick, and we voiced our displeasure. Robin, argued with us that the repairs were of pristine quality, and there was nothing else they could do for us. After an extensive argument with Robin, she agreed the scratch was still visible, and offered to have the door completely re-painted, although, she voiced that she did not have any confidence that her peers would be able to fix the scratch. To add, during the whole process, when Robin was involved, she attempted to pressure us in finalizing the sale, she was not personable and did not display very good communication skills. We almost walked away from this vehicle , on multiple occasions, because of our interactions with Robin. This is NOT the quality of service and repairing you want from a sales manager and a body shop, while purchasing a 100 000$ + brand new vehicle. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Do better. More

Scott Johnson is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He answered all my questions as I worked through my decision to purchase.
