If you are trading a vehicle at this dealership be very very careful as they offer you a value for your vehicle, then add less GST. In other words they are offering you 5% lower than what they are telling you. This tactic is misleading and best, but I my eyes it is being dishonest, essentially stealing that 5% from you. So make sure you are very careful reviewing the numbers. I wasn't careful enough and it has cost me over a thousand dollars and I am only one customer. As of this writing I emailed the salesman, finance manager and the new car sales manager. Only the new car sales manager replied by email to tell me to call him today. I left a voice mail message with the receptionist and have not heard back from him. Be very careful if you decide to deal with Don Wheaton Chevrolet More

Please do not buy from this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle, showed me documents that showed the vehicle had passed, told me the vehicle was a "gem". Only to find out after I got home that the veh used vehicle, showed me documents that showed the vehicle had passed, told me the vehicle was a "gem". Only to find out after I got home that the vehicle had a pre-existing brake safety issue which costs $2000 to repair. I asked them to help me out on the problem to which they said they will not be able to help me out as they cannot run a business by paying for repairs after the vehicle is sold even though the issue occurred on day 2. They said I should have read the fine print on the warranty as my vehicle is not covered. The vehicle had a pre-existing safety issue related to the brakes and they let me drive it home. Please stay away from this dealership. More
