Visited after finding listing for a passat on auto trader. When I got there, they directed me right towards James and he was a very nice gentleman. On top of the steering problem and windsheild wiper problem, service said one of my calipers was leaking. I don't understand why I would be sold a car that has this many problems......and they didn't properly fix my windshield wiper problem. Other than that, it is actually a good dealership and I recommend it to everyone! More

Dealt with Wray on both occasions, a couple years apart, and he is absolutely horrible. Told me that I couldn't afford the car as we went for the test drive. When I mentioned that I didn't like the panora and he is absolutely horrible. Told me that I couldn't afford the car as we went for the test drive. When I mentioned that I didn't like the panoramic sunroof he scoffed and told me that I DO NOT need a sunroof that opens all the way because I WILL NOT use it...no one does. The panoramic roof was good enough. When I asked about vehicle colour he YELLED at me. Yes... YELLED. Apparently colour should not be a big deal to me and he only had one of the vehicle I wanted and HE felt the colour was good enough. I told him that's because it's geriatric beige and I'M too young to drive that colour. For the second time I left the dealership without a VW and went to a competitor. More
