On 07/18/2012 I gave 5 stars for everything, "forgiving" the superficial car wash. Now I had the 30,000km service. My only concern was (again) about the speedometer showing 6-7% more. Richard Yeung was the first to know that this is the German standard. He was professional and knowledgeable in all matters, so the 5 stars are well deserved. The car service itself was not the best. I declined the oil change. It took about 1.5h including replacement of the seat bolts, a VW manufacturing issue. The bad part is that my car came out scratched. A superficial scratch across the engine hood, as if they put something there when the hood was up (engine cover maybe?). This scratch came off with a little bit of car polish. Also, one of the aluminium wheels was scratched, on the inside, as if it was hanged on a 2 inch-wide flat hook, right beside the inflation valve. Yes, by the people who are supposed to take care of my car, paid by me. The car wash was (again) sub-mediocre. I washed the car myself the day before, it only had some mosquitos/flies on the front side. After the service all the car was stained, especially the windows. And it is is annoying thet you get the "we aim for 10, if you are not satisfied..." When you claim to be a car specialist it shouldn't be difficult to see that the car is stained? It takes exactly 30 seconds to wipe the windows, forget the rest of the car. The good part: after the service the fuel consumption was better, maybe the air filter, maybe they updated the engine computer. The price: after some search on the Internet I found out that the service price is on the fair side, you'll have to search more to save a few $, and it might not be close to your home. Bottomline: I would still recommend this dealer, but stay alert and watch them through the window, services are using beginners for simple operations. More

I had the worst experience from a car dealership. These people auction cheap damaged cars from Quebec and sell them in Ontario. Don't trust the sales person and don't sign the purchasing agreement before all the issues had been fixed and had an inspection from an independent mechanic. As I said, their pre-owned certification report is done internally and they hide car issue just to do the sale. Then if you get the car and go back to them, they laugh in your face and tell you that you have to pay just to look at the car. I'll learned my lesson and never will go back to this dealership. This dealership should be closed as they damage the vw manufacturer's name. More

My husband and I went to "just look" at a newer car for us, a used VW, I was not expecting to buy anything, let alone the exact car I wanted. My husband really liked the look of a Rabbit over the Golf (which is what I figuered we would eventualy be getting) I didn't think we could afford a Rabbit. Chloe started talking about payments and interests rates, which to me means nothing, but for my husband to hear that we could get 1.9% interest, that perked up his ears. I took the Rabbit for a test drive, loved it before we even left the lot. On the test drive Chloe was very knowledgeable of all the features of the car. She is/was very easy to talk to and seemed to understand what I wanted in a small car! After the test drive, my husband went to talk "numbers" with Chloe. She made the sale very easy, gave us the price what we could afford! Gave me the car I really liked and wanted. Thanks Chloe for the great service and the great car! When I saw the car On February 23, 2013 we knew before testing it out that our minds had been set (our son-in-law had recently purchased an Audi and had us convinced on German manufactured vehicles). A very pleasant experience, our sales rep. Bernard Cannon was excellent, answered all of our questions, was not rushed, and added a personal touch. All of his associates gave attention to detail (Boris and Richard), including having the vehicle ready in short notice. We live in the Hamilton area, but will definitely return the CC for its first maintenance and of course coffee with Bernard. This gentleman will do very well in his field of experience! I was looking to replace our old Hyundai Elantra wagon that served our family well for 15 years. During all those years we (I mean our family here) developed a trust to the brand, so we wanted to buy anot that served our family well for 15 years. To "qualify" for a family car though it had to be a wagon again - for us a SUV or "mini"-van did seem to be a reasonably good alternative. After a little research I discovered that if you want a small wagon - Volkswagen is currently the only brand available in North America... unless you don't mind to get a used one. Looking closely at the wagon from Volkswagen I realized that I would likely buy it anyway - even if wagons from other manufacturers were available. ...because it had all the qualities you may dream for: a lot of cargo space, compliance with highest safety standards, exceptional fuel economy (in par with hybrids - provided you get a car with diesel engine), German reputation of quality (although the car itself is built in Mexico) and a lot of other goodies which make owning/driving the car efficient, safe and fun. So when we come with my wife to the dealership we knew what we wanted (were not sure about the vehicle's trim though). In few minutes after we came in Emil approached us and offered a help. Thanks to Emil we had an exceptionally pleasurable experience with the dealership: he completely dedicated himself to us - explained and showed us trims differences, showed in-depth knowledge of Volkswagen cars while answering all our questions and was very patient while waiting for us outside in the cold being just in a light coat when we were sitting with my wife inside different vehicles comparing trim differences. He also proved to be very tolerant when during test drive my wife behaved a bit erratic (I expected to drive by happened to forget my driving license). What we also liked about Emil was - we didn't feel any sales pressure, he didn't ask about any commitments or talked prices. Our positive experience with Emil didn’t end there. When it came to purchase the car I very well prepared myself to price negotiations – purchased price report from Car Cost Canada, checked other relevant sites (unhaggle.com, autocheatsheet.com, …), created excel sheet with formulae to recalculate financing and other numbers “on-the-fly”. But to my surprise, without much need for my “negotiation efforts” Emil was able to arrange a substantial discount from MSRP – even better than we expected. And finally – Emil spent almost 2 hours with me in the car when I came to pick it up from the dealership going much beyond of his regular working hours. He showed me the whole car, thoroughly explained all driving controls, helped to connect my phone to multimedia system, and showed how to use navigation system. Overall it has been the best car-purchase experience in my life. Would highly recommend this dealership (and Emil specifically) to my friends and colleagues. More
