Disappointed My 2016 Chrysler 300 had a check engine light come on and so I immediately scheduled an appointment. I was told by the service department they had no My 2016 Chrysler 300 had a check engine light come on and so I immediately scheduled an appointment. I was told by the service department they had no hoists available that day and so I left my vehicle overnight for service the next day. I was then told there was no technician who could read the code. I believe these were only excuses for the delay made by the front desk staff. The oil filter was changed to a Mopar part and I was sent on my way. I drove two blocks and the light came back on. I explained to the service department front end the oil change business I had just had my car at had already tried that and said the code read as an oil pressure sensor issue. My appointment was on a Thursday at noon and it was now late Friday. I was told the part had to be ordered in from Red Deer. I got a call on Tuesday saying the part had arrived. The part was installed on Wednesday and I got a call at 3:15 pm saying it would be another day as they had to do a wheel alignment and wouldn’t have the time to finish it. I was originally charged $150 plus for the service because I did not get the oil change at their location even though my vehicle is under warranty but was refunded later.. I was never offered a courtesy vehicle even though the car was purchased at Dodge City. The icing on the cake was the food that was spilled into my engine that I found when I checked the oil level after picking up my car. More
