Incredibly friendly atmosphere, and you can tell they definitely aim to please customers! Had absolutely no issues from the initial walk around, test drive, and then negotiations. Was able to work out a solid deal quickly. Financing was another painless process! The gals there know what they are doing, and it was actually fun! We have already taken the truck in for its first oil change - and the service department did a great job. In/out In a few hours tops, and the shuttle drivers rocked! Great dealership, friendly staff and overall a fun experience! Thank you Derek and the Dodge City staff! More

My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles from Dodge City: The vehicles themselves have been great, but the service has been terrible. Safe to say we won't be giving them any more of our business. I don't eve The vehicles themselves have been great, but the service has been terrible. Safe to say we won't be giving them any more of our business. I don't even want to take my car there to be serviced anymore. We bought a brand new Dodge Charger GT in April. We had Jeff Hartley as our salesman. It was a fairly easy sale as I had a Charger before this, so I didn't even need to take it for a test drive. We walked in, said we wanted the car and did the financing. We were told our payments wouldn't go up very much, if at all. Jeff and the finance guy both told us that. Our payments DOUBLED and the finance part of the sale was a complete gong-show right from the beginning. He keyed in the wrong numbers so not only did our payments double, but we had to go back to the bank and ask for more because it was all screwed up (imagine if we would've then been denied)? The paperwork took forever. My husband went back to do the final paperwork and I came to sign after work. When I went to sign, I noticed there was no disability insurance. It had never been mentioned. We weren't asked. I told them I indeed wanted the insurance! He just blew over it because it wasn't added in to our final amount which had already been changed a million times. So, back to the bank we go to add this in....it was a very LONG, very PAINFUL process. Nothing about it was easy. Jeff made us several promises: promised hats (we got none), promised a great deal with tint (we was under the impression he was helping with this...it cost more than the quote) and he brought up getting rubber floor mats to keep the car clean. HE said HE would throw them in but they weren't in stock. I have talked to him about these several times and it's now 10 months later and we still don't have them. Last time I text he promised he would call me and get this sorted out. He never called. That was attempt #5. It's ignorant to promise people things and not follow through. I had issues with Dodge City with my 2016 Charger as well. It needed a caliper. It was on back order. It took over a year to get the part (someone forgot to order it). I brought the car in to get this work done just to find out they had ordered the wrong part!! So back to waiting for the correct part. They called to say the correct part was in so the car goes back into the shop. They ordered the WRONG side!!! I live out of town and this was the 3rd trip in for this. I never did get the part put in before I traded it in, so when dealing on the new car, I told Jeff that the correct part was in and needed to be put in before they sold it. They sold my old Charger almost immediately (before the sale of my new one had even went through)!! I asked if the caliper had been put in and he said he had forgot all about it. They did NOT notify the people of this caliper when they bought the car, so whoever bought the car has no idea this needed to be done. I find it very unnecessary that they need your car for 5-8 hours to do an oil change. They can only offer you a shuttle. A shuttle doesn't work when you live 40 min away from Saskatoon. There is nowhere I can go for 8 hours while they have my car. I work 12 hr shifts so I can't even do it when I'm at work. I'd gladly go for a coffee while they service my car if they could book it in for an hour or 2, but needing it the full day is the biggest inconvenience and quite unnecessary. When we bought the car, we bought the package where you get the first 10 (I could be wrong on the number) services for "free". This includes oil change and tire rotation. I've had my car in twice for this service and both times they didn't do the tire rotation. We paid for this service and I asked for it to be done. Is the customer not right? I had 20,000 km on the car and wanted the tires done. I didn't even get a phone call about it. When I picked my car up hours and hours later, they told me they hadn't done the tire rotation because the front tires were a touch better than the rear and that it's front wheel drive, so the better tires should be on the front. I nicely told the lady in service that it in fact is NOT front wheel drive. She did disagree but went and asked her supervisor and found out that I was right, so the better tires should've been put on the back. She did tell me to bring the car in when I'm in the city some time and that they'd do it - no questions asked and that she'd wash my car. I thought that was nice of her. At least she tried to make it better. Don't buy from Dodge City and if you do, don't see Jeff Hartley. More
