Dodge City has always done my service visits and/or repairs in excellent timing. If I need a ride, they pick me up or deliver me to home. Brought our jeep in for service with specific instructions to replace the AUX battery and change the diff fluid and transfer case fluid. None of this was done, but they did say this work needed t instructions to replace the AUX battery and change the diff fluid and transfer case fluid. None of this was done, but they did say this work needed to be done - no kidding! So we were charged for checking these items we asked them to service, but didn’t service them. Will not return to this shop. More

I had booked an appointment for 8am, but ended up waiting 3 1/2 hours before a tech was able to look at my vehicle. I drive in from outside the City and realize that getting the vehicle looked at right at 3 1/2 hours before a tech was able to look at my vehicle. I drive in from outside the City and realize that getting the vehicle looked at right at 8am may not be possible. But if it’s going to be hours later that should be communicated so plans can be put into place so I didn’t have to wait there that long (I’m not a shopper and don’t feel like doing coffee for the whole day so I would have liked to arranged a ride with a friend) At 11:30 a tech came to speak to another woman possibly connected to service regarding a work order. “Signal light indicators on the dashboard are not working” this is the information I had passed along to the advisor the day prior when the appointment was booked, followed up with myself advising the worker that checked me in this morning that, the indicators are now working again this morning but I would still like to have it looked at, as there were a few more issues with the signal arm as well. This information was not updated on the work order clearly. Tech continued on in a tone that came across as ridiculing the customer who had booked the appointment (myself). The look of shock on all three of the workers who were now standing trying to figure out what “signal indicators lights on the dashboard” were, when I spoke up as I had heard enough…if your going to speak in that tone in the waiting room expect to be heard. Clearly there is a lack of communication within the department, or that conversation wouldn’t have happened. I will give credit where due, the tech did have an idea of what the issue may be, a part was to be ordered and they will call when it’s it for installation. About a half hour later, a woman brought my keys, told me there was no work-order to sign (no confirmation that the part was ordered or when it will be in; no offer to book the appointment, as they are very busy and don’t have another open appointment until November). Just here’s your keys “I assume it’s somewhere out back” So disappointed; and will probably just make a trip home to Yorkton to have my vehicle serviced there going forward. More
