I live in Lloydminster and wanted to buy a BMW. Spent weeks in autotrader searching. Most BMW were out east or out west. Narrowed my selection down to three, on in Edmonton and two in Saskatoon. Called all three and was told the same thing "we do not negotiate over the phone". I hung up on all three. Emily was the only one that called me back, after talking to her manager. I was not about to drive 3 hours if I did't know the price. As a result Emily and I went back and forth and came to a price and I bought the car. Emily did not accept "policy' in this day of the internet. She was abubblie person to deal with. The whole process was five star! More
