I am very disappointed in the service I received today. I dropped my truck off for an oil change at 8 AM. My understanding was I would be able to pick it up within a matter of a few hours. It was not finis I dropped my truck off for an oil change at 8 AM. My understanding was I would be able to pick it up within a matter of a few hours. It was not finished until 3:30. At noon when I checked, they had not even begun working on my truck. I wasted an entire day in the city without any way of going between places. Keep in mind that I had phoned and prearranged an 8 o’clock appointment. This was not good service at all. More
