This is the second time that I’ve brought my truck in for service only to find out that the parts were damaged and they have to rebook when new product comes in. It shouldn’t be scheduled if parts are receiv service only to find out that the parts were damaged and they have to rebook when new product comes in. It shouldn’t be scheduled if parts are received damaged as the receiver should make certain all parts are received as expected. This is frustrating to try and find alternate means of transportation and work around the schedule of the dealership. My experience with dodge city auto has left me frustrated, disappointed and in search for a new dealership that will properly take care of my new vehicle. More

We decided that we needed to test drive the dodge 1500 trucks so we went to dodge city auto ti do that. We decided to make a deal on the first truck we drove. Jeff was amazing through the whole process explaining everything in detail. When we went back to the dealership to pick up the new truck Jeff walked us through the truck features explaining and answering all our questions.
