Terrible customer services, once the papers were signed i was ignored and several phone calls were not returned, i bought a 70,000 dollar vehicle which was supposed to be delivered on a specific date, not on was ignored and several phone calls were not returned, i bought a 70,000 dollar vehicle which was supposed to be delivered on a specific date, not only was the vehicle not delivered i was left standing in a parking lot without notification that the vehicle would not be delivered this happened on 2 different dates, I was told inspection on vehicle was A1 and never been accident, 2 months after purchase i’ve been informed by another dealership that the front balljoints need to be chsnged as do the front tires due to uneven wear, i was also informed that the truck has been repainted and that paint is falling off which lowers the resell value significantly and that theres a leak somewhere in the roof causing water damage inside the vehicle…. I’ve called the dealer politely to deal with the situation only to transfered from to person with no resolution and basically told its not there problem….its been nothing but problems with them from the moment the papers were signed and will NEVER be purchasing from them again!!! More
