She did get another Chyrsler a month late and went out of her way to another Chrysler dealer. Bottom line they are oppotunists and take advantage of seniors. DO NOT GO THERE FOR A CAR OR SERVICE THEY ARE A BAND OF THIEVES. More

I went to this dealer, and made a deal for a lease. When the vehicle arrived they tried to change the terms of the lease, so I decided not to take the vehicle. The manager (Sebastien Pitrozello) then said I could bring the vehicle back after 24 months on a 27 month lease with no penalty, and wrote that on the contract. After 24 months I brought the vehicle back, and he refused to honour the written contract. Long story short, had to go to small claims court, and even after I had won, I had to send a bailiff. They only paid me back at that point. Beware what these people tell you. More

Received unacceptable service. Had an appointment with the service manager Benoit Trudeau and he did not respect the time nor the meeting, had to wait over 1/2 hour to receive service. I came later the next day, he was sitting at his desk , which was right next to the cashier counte. I asked the cashier if he was available and she called to check. I could hear him speaking to her as the location is under construction and I assume he didn't realize I knew it was him sitting next to the open space where the cash was. Needless to say he refused to talk to me for reasons unknown to me. The next day I left e message asking for him to call me, I still haven't heard back from him. In a bussiness where customer loyalty is essential, he has proven the only customers of importance are the new potential customers, existing ones apparently do not deserve his time. I have dealt with Des source Chrysler before for body work and minor repairs, had to bring the car back 4 times to have the work done properly. I was assured by Chrysler Canada that with the new service manager , I would receive better service and a better quality of workmanship, neither was true. I just picked up my car after having almost 1700$ of work done to the front suspension, however it is still violently shaking at speeds over 100 kmh. I had requested that the steering column be looked at as it squeaks when ever you turn the wheel and that remains unchecked. All and all I'm very dissapointed with the shody customer service from Benoit Trudeau and the quality of work received. I will strongly not be recommending to anyone that they visit Chrysler Des Source. More
