I suggest you dont go here. I put a deposit down on a truck that was suppose to be in there after drive an hour and a half to come look at it and it was not there upon arrival. So i gave them a 500$ depo truck that was suppose to be in there after drive an hour and a half to come look at it and it was not there upon arrival. So i gave them a 500$ deposite so they wouldn’t sell it before i could come look at it. 1 week went by then another then another then another, nothing. Finally out of frustration i went to a different dealer, i was assured by Dearborn my deposite was refundable. I ended up buying a truck in town and around the same time I bought a truck from a different dealer they called and said by truck was in, i told them I bought somewhere else and wanted my deposit back. He said absolutely not i even had the other dealer contact them and they are still refusing, the sales manager says he lost money on my truck that i was considering trading in, how could he gave “sold” it without my consent or a single siganture. He also said “I” xxxxxx “him” around for two months not coming to get the truck THAT WAS NOT THERE. I’m no buisness man but i can assure you that my 8 year old son is more professional than their sales manager. I’m still fighting to get my money back even on principle alone, you dont hurt a young growing family for a measly 500$ especially when they didnt do anything for me to deserve it. I have been driving fords for years but will never step foot in their property, my friend is buying a brand new ford and he lives right there and he will be driving to salmon arm t buy his new truck and everyone else I know will avoid them as well. More
