Pleasant and efficient. Bought a new 2017 Acadia SLT-2. Previously owned a 2008 Acadia SLT which I was very pleased with. The 2017 seats are not as good a quality as the 2008 and I miss the extra space in the cargo area. The electronics are improved. I like the front passenger seat with power to raise seat. More

Sales and Leasing I ended up leasing a 2017 Sierra All Terrain. I am a sales rep so I put a schwack of kms on and could never lease a vehicle because I put way too many I ended up leasing a 2017 Sierra All Terrain. Overall sales and financing were a pleasure to deal with and Steve B took very good care and 8nformed me of all the new features of my new truck. Service we had a bit of a hiccup and we had a seat that had a flaw in the leather/stitching was coming apart. They ordered a new seat for me and I was told if I didn't get it changed out within 2 weeks they would send it back so I made a special trip to Lethbridge as I was working out of province and after getting it in they had discovered they had ordered the wrong seat. This wouldn't have been a big deal except now I will have to make another trip and waste more time to get it changed. Mistakes happen but this one was a fairly major inconvenience as it was on Friday b4 a long weekend and basically wasted three days of travelling to find out the wrong seat was ordered. Overall the folks at Davis are a pleasure to deal with but why would they send back the seat if I didn't get it replaced within 2 weeks from their call? That doesn't make sense and then after finding out the wrong one was ordered and they would have to re-order. More
