2014 Sierra 1500 All Terrain I had been actively looking for a used 1500 for almost 6 months. During this time I had been in contact off and on with both Bryce and Gord. The day I found one that I liked I texted both to say I was interested in seeing it and arrangements were made to see it that afternoon. Gord actually met me at the door to the dealership when I arrived with my wife. He had the vehicle prepped and ready for a test drive. After we got back he sat with us and answered all of our questions and the process could not have gone any better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gord and Bryce to anyone. After we were finished Russ was great to deal with. It was late in the day so he had to follow up with us the next day about approvals. He even made accommodations for my work schedule and communicated via text because I couldn’t get phone calls. The whole experience went extremely smooth. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. More

It had been a few years since my last vehicle purchase through Davis as I live in Calgary and it's a bit of a drive. The experience of working with all of the staff at Davis is worth the drive to Lethbridge. I was looking for an affordable, reliable used commuter vehicle to replace my aging pickup truck. The staff at Davis helped me find a good fit without trying to pressure me into purchasing something that I would end up regretting. After a not so great experience with another Chevrolet Dealership in Calgary AB I will be making the drive out to Lethbridge in the future to deal with the great staff at Davis Buick GMC. I sent everything in that same night and had my appraisal the following afternoon. Happy with the value. Today friday, drove home with the car. I am blown by the experience. We drove all the way from Airdrie and it was so worth it. Krysta offered to text through the process as we were going back and forth with different details about the transaction. Her answers were always very prompt and nice. Also want to say I bought several used car in the past through various calgary dealerships and this is the first time I did not feel like I a second class citizen for buying used. Everyone at the dealership from reception, to Stephanie in Finance, and of course Krysta was super nice. Even the last minute small hiccup (the fuel lever stopped working today after car was successfully fueled yesterday) was promptly fixed before we took delivery of our car :) We are delighted. More
