Excellent Service Had check engine light come on my 2018 GMC Duramax, took truck in to be checked. They were able to get me in and diagnosed within an hour(another deal Had check engine light come on my 2018 GMC Duramax, took truck in to be checked. They were able to get me in and diagnosed within an hour(another dealer said it would be 4-5days before they could even look at it). Part was ordered and installed as soon as it came in (corporate parts availability was not great but is not the dealers fault). They were more than willing to work with my needs and work schedule. Service My concern is that the employees of dealerships seems to forget that the customers are not a bottomless pit of money, they are wage earners just like My concern is that the employees of dealerships seems to forget that the customers are not a bottomless pit of money, they are wage earners just like them. It was suggested I replace all 4 injectors on one side when only 1 was faulty. They made the assumption that I need to spend the extra money without giving me a choice. I'm sure that the service writers would be a little more discerning it it was their truck and their money. Give the customers a bit of a break and offfer some choices. More
