This was vehicle #5 for me from this dealership, second vehicle since it has become Davis Chevrolet. I am a pretty hardnosed guy and always believe there is room for improvement but Davis Chevrolet is ge vehicle since it has become Davis Chevrolet. This experience I am sharing below is of my latest purchase of my 2013 Chevrolet Sierra LTZ with GFX package. She's a beauty! 5 on customer service: The entire team was great to deal with. Eunice went over and above with customer service making sure I got into the right vehicle (I changed my mind 3 times....heck I would have given up on me. ) She was patient, is extremely knowledgeable about the products she is selling and if she doesn't know something she finds out for you, trust me I always have A LOT of questions…. Glen and Jeff closed the deal, again very knowledgeable and I found them very personable and pleasant to deal with. Lastly Rick stepped up to the plate and had my best interest in mind. Thanks team!! 4 Quality of work: A bit of the hard nose coming out of me here. I had a box cover put on the truck, the drain tubes were installed so the water was exiting inside the box.... I need my tools to stay dry, having the drain tubes exit on the inside of the box kind of defeats the purpose of having a cover if you are going to just drain the water into the box anyways. I bought a few plastic elbows and I rigged up a drain system through two of the plastic caps in the bed. Problem solved. Secondly, granted it was raining but I would have liked to have seen the truck detailed a little better when I picked it up. Again little things like removing the blue covering on the white lettering on the wheels. Trivial yes but I was brought up if you are going to do something right, do it right or don't do it at all. 5 Friendliness: Does anyone ever have a bad day at this dealership? If they do you would never know it! I dislike when dealerships pounce on you and push you on the hard sell. However I don't like walking around on a lot for 20 minutes and not being greeted. It's a hard balance and Davis Chevrolet has it just right. 5 Overall Experience: OK so here’s the deal. Car dealerships are the enemy right? You must fight it out, battle to the end! Or do you? Is it wrong to have had such a pleasant experience? Seriously I don't think I have had a more pleasurable experience buying a new vehicle than I did with my latest purchase. 4 Price Davis Chevrolet will probably be disappointed with me that I did not score them a 5. But if I scored them a 5 they would not work to improve in this area. This will affect me in three years when I go to buy my next new vehicle from them, see how that works :-) Brent More

When I first stopped at Davis I was looking at a Trax and Demetrio was very friendly and happy to show me the vehicle, I told him I was short on time and he was fine with that. He took my name and number and asked if I would like him to call me with more info and I said no as we weren't sure if or when we were going to buy and he did not call me which impressed me as I have had salespersons in the past call repeatedly (very annoying). A few weeks later my wife and I decided that we were ready to buy so we stopped in and saw Demetrio again and as before he was very accommodating and even stayed after closing time to make sure we had all the info we needed, we booked an appointment to test drive a couple of vehicle later that week and when we arrived we were greeted with a smile and helped in every way. We ended up purchasing a Cruze and couldn't be happier with the car or the experience, Demetrio is a very special person, a salesman who truly cares about you as a person and your wants and needs, everyone at Davis is friendly and helpful, even Fred Petruic was very friendly and helpful even though he wasn't our dealer and Glen in financing was extremely friendly and helpful. When we went to pick up the car Demetrio again took the time to help us set up the On-Star and make sure we were happy. Thanks Demetrio and everyone at Davis for a very pleasant experience. Our last vehicle was a 2010 Equinox which was purchased at Jack Carter and I was very disapointed that a year after the sale we had some problems with the vehicle and were thinking of getting something else, the salesman was not interested in helping us at all even after asking a couple of times and the service managers were grumpy most of the time and did not want to believe me about the problems that I was having. I am looking forward to a more pleasant experience at Davis as I plan to use their service department. More

We are from Edmonton and were looking for a very specific used truck. We original came to see a couple of trucks we picked through the Internet in Calgary. We happened to stop in Airdrie and I called and s used truck. We original came to see a couple of trucks we picked through the Internet in Calgary. We happened to stop in Airdrie and I called and spoke with Eunice, she gave us directions to the dealership and was waiting outside for us. We saw a nice truck that had 9 out of 10 features that we were after. Eunice was very friendly and didn't give the impression that we were wasting her time, since we were up front about going to a couple of dealerships in Calgary. The dealers in Calgary knew we were coming, time was set and exactly which vehicles we were interested in. We made in clear we wanted this truck to be in great shape. We arrived within 5 minutes of our planned time and our salesman was no where to be found, we waited 45 minutes. One of the trucks smelled like an animal died in it, paint missing, trim ripped off the end of seats it was so disappointing . The other one the dealer said "oh it's not here" that's it, no explnation and we drove over 3 hours for this service - would Never recommend Shaw in Calgary. After looking around a little more in Calgary we decided to take a second look with Eunice on our way home. She is so professional, knows her products well, very friendly answered all our questions, we never felt pressured to buy. We did end up trading our truck for another that was in great shape. Being so late in the day (plus a long weekend) Eunice even rode with us since we were unfamiliar with the area and would not have made the bank before closing. She went beyond being helpful and we appreciated that. I believe it was Derek & Glenn who also helped us finish the deal. After the dealership was basically closed Eunice still took the time (probably a good hour) to explain features we were not familiar with, before we headed home. Our little side trip to Airdrie was an experience that turned out surprising great, thanks mainly to Eunice and the rest of the team. We would consider the drive when we look for another vehicle in the future and highly recommended this dealership. Thanks from Holly & Fred. More

Eunice McKinnon took the better part of 2 hours showing me the ins and outs of my new Buick Verano. She was very knowledgable and very patient with me. I found a car I liked, but thought I would check another dealership before making a decision. Off to Airdrie Davis Chev I went and started looking around the parking lot. It was windy and cold outside! Then along came Jane Mullett, and told us if we wanted to see the cars bad enough she has pictures inside we can look at in the warmth! Haha, so we followed her on in. Immediately I warmed right up to Jane. She was soft, polite and I felt no pressure from her whatsoever, a very honest woman, and full of integrity! I told her exactly what I needed, and she found a couple of cars that matched those specific needs. We took them for test drives and I liked them both but had to make a decison. Jane helped me look at both sides, the pro's and con's to each and what factors to really consider. Because of her advise and expertise, I chose my car and did it with confidence knowing she had my back and that I was making the right choice. Thanks so much Jane! Then off to the Business Manager's office to meet Glen Locke. He too was awesome, friendly, and accommodating. He made the process really easy and was well prepared for how rushed I was to get into my new car. He went through everything with me, item by item, to ensure I understood everything from the finance terms to the extended warrantly coverage. Thanks so much Glen! Now it didnt hurt one bit that these 2 beautiful folks are NEWFIES! I'm from Newfoundland too, so how cool was it to deal with 2 Newf's when buying my next vehicle. Lard Tunderin' Bye!
