We owe you a receipt so if I can have your email I will get that to you. Secondly I want to review your repair order for the oil change to ensure the billing was correct. Lastly I also want to check into the tonneau cover situation so that I can find some answers and get you looked after like you deserve. The mistakes are our doing so there should be no further inconvenience to you, we can pick and delver plus supply alternate transportation.
