Great sales experience Sam was a great help when I went to trade my old Avalanche off on a newer truck. I had done my own research to locate a truck in the right price range and spoke to Sam on the phone the day before showing up to ensure it would still be there, since I would be driving an hour to come to Airdrie. I notified him of the approximate time we would be arriving in the morning and when we showed up he had the truck warmed up and cleaned off for the test drive.(It was -28C that day) When it came to negotiating the price, Sam was straight forward and easy to deal with. He even went the extra mile to get me more money for my trade-in, and over his lunch hour he personally washed the truck and detailed the inside before we signed the paper work. In the end my wife and I were very happy with the deal we got. More
