Going the distance I have purchased several Chrysler 300's from this dealer. The most recent being a 300C AWD. Recently The car has always been very reliable and a pleasure to drive. I brought the car in on a Saturday as there was a problem with the AWD on one side. The service writer, Tom, was very busy and very helpful and had his technicians check it out to discover that there was a broken axle. Tom ordered the part and it was promptly installed upon arrival. In the interim our Sales representative , Greg Collins, was able to help us with a vehicle short term while the parts wre being delivered and repairs completed. There was an issue with a speed sensor that was back-ordered but Tom put out a VOR (vehicle off road) request and the part was found in Cleveland. They had it shipped quickly and had the car ready within an hour of delivery. The folks at Dartmouth Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram came through for us. I have always received first rate customer service and would highly recommended these professionals. I've had the 300 back on the road for a week now and am happy to say it is running excellent. More

He came across as honest and fair without being pushy (which I really hate in dealing with some car salesman). Even after the second and third visit...he never changed his approach. The result being, we got the vehicle we wanted and didn't feel pressured in buying it. After a week has passed....we love it!.
