Fantastic dealership I spent weeks looking around many dealerships for the right wrangler and found it in Dartmouth. Our sales person Wayne Cobb was very good to deal with, which was a nice change from what we were seeing at other dealerships (everyone at Dartmouth dodge was very nice and had great energy) he was helpful and knowledgable about the vehicle. Our finance manager J.R. was extremely helpful and determined to do what he could to get us into the jeep even working after hours with the bank since we were a bit late in the day putting in our request. He worked with us to get us where we wanted to be price wise with the vehicle protection and warranty that suited us best. We were into our new jeep a couple days later. And although we only interacted briefly with Stacey the energy she had made our interaction memorable. More

upset experience Everything was good until shortly after i purchased the Dodge Caravan and notice the spare tire was not where the salesperson told me. I then called the dealer they reconfirm with me of the spare tire location, I told them it was empty, they then respond that they will look into it and get back to me, which never happened. I decided to go right in to the dealership and inquire about it, I was reponded that they have made mistake and told that everyone can make mistake. I was told that in order for me to get my spare tire I am told that it would cost $250 and told me to pay half, I was frustrated and upset because I am do not want to pay more money when the mistake is made by the dealer. we argued, in the end we were offered 2 timed of free oil change, but still no tire. I was frustrated and mad how things were handle when clearly the mistake was made by the delaer and not mine but I can do nothing. Liu More

Greg took my parameters seriously and didn't try to up-sell me on another in-stock vehicle , just to make a sale. Two weeks ago Greg called giving me details on a vehicle that he thought would meet my needs. I told him that I wouldn't be able to make it in till the following week because of work commitments and he said that he could hold the vehicle until I could have a look, no problem, no rush, no pressure!!
