I had an appointment at 9 AM in the morning. It took them three hours to do an inspection and I think they did an oil change. I’m not sure they didn’t put a sticker on the window not very happy It took them three hours to do an inspection and I think they did an oil change. I thought the oil change was supposed to be free with my plan but I had to pay for it because they said expired December 15. I didn’t need the servicing until the end of the month. More

I had a problem with my truck and they couldn't reproduce the problem I was having. Luckily the used car sales manager stepped in and he got the truck to reproduce the problem.
