Terrible experience overall. Brought car in for oil change and tire changeover and tires not done! Brought back and also flagged sunroof not working in a 14 month old car. Given dirty loaner car with no gas to us in the meantime. At times nobody answers phone calls from the dealership even though they are supposedly open!! Overall a 0/10 experience. I will NEVER buy another Jeep product again as service is super poor and quality is questionable given excessive delays to address. More
