Top of the Line - No Hassle I went into this dealer and saw Tony Khoury after a brief telephone call with him. If I felt I needed a better deal, I simply told him that and he did what he needed to do. I left the dealer and purchased the vehicle 5 days later. During that time Tony did not hassle or pressure me in any way, he stayed in touch to see if I needed anything else. When I purchased the vehicle, Tony spent the time with me to make sure I understood how all the options and accessories worked. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time and this was one of the very best experiences I have ever had at a dealer. I would recommend Tony Khoury and Dartmouth Dodge very highly as the place to go and the guy to see if you want to purchase a vehicle. However, I decided it was time for a change as my lease was due in November so wanted to “look around”. I found the Dartmouth Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram Dealership online and spoke with one of your on-line representatives who said someone would reach out via e-mail. Within the hour I was contacted by Paul and he also followed up with a call to set up a time to come in and discuss my options. Paul Mugford was the Sales Associate and within 2 hours he had set up a plan to transfer my lease and put me in a new vehicle the next day. I did not at all feel pressured to move quickly he just guided my along and I must say in the 30 years I have been driving and buying/leasing new vehicles this by far has been the most pleasant experience yet. The one thing Pail did that no other Sales Associate did was ask me the most important question, “what do you want in a vehicle, what are your must haves and would like to haves”. He took this information and showed me a vehicle that I immediately fell in love with. For him to ask this question I truly felt as though he was making me part of the selection process and not just selling me a vehicle. He answered all my questions and ensured I knew exactly what I could expect. He was phenomenal and bar none the best Salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I work in the Customer Service Industry so I know what constitutes great customer service and if I hate to rate Paul would definitely give him an 11 out of 10. Kudos also to the Finance person, Arlene, she was fantastic. She laid out everything so that I understood and absolutely took care of everything, didn’t have to call anyone. All in all mu experience with your Dealership has been awesome and I would definitely promote your business to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle. More
