After explaining the above, he went above and beyond, explaining the features of the new model, discussing the discounts and assisting us in every way of what we would be gaining. No pressure whatsoever, just provided all the information very accurately of what we would be accomplishing by trading for the new model down to the finest detail. Professional and courteous. I was searching the Web looking for a specific vehicle and found one similar on Dartmouth Dodge's website. I live a fair distance form Dartmouth so I I was searching the Web looking for a specific vehicle and found one similar on Dartmouth Dodge's website. I live a fair distance form Dartmouth so I couldn't see it in person. I spoke to Louis Stephen and explained how the vehicle was similar to what I wanted but I wasn't sure if I'd like some of the differences with it. He made a video of the vehicle and sent it to YouTube so I could see the vehicle in detail. I ended up liking it very much and drove down a few days later and bought it. Everything was straight forward and I was able to take it home that day. Louis was very professional and ensured the transaction was a smooth one. He's a very personable fellow as well. I'd recommend anyone take a drive to Dartmouth Dodge and speak to Louis Stephen if you're in the marker for a vehicle.
