He wasn’t pushy or overbearing, I said what I thought I’d wanted and when I test drove it and Dan Murphy was my salesman and he did a phenomenal job!! I appreciated that he didn’t pretend to know everything, if there was something he didn’t know he’d immediately go find out, which made me feel very safe in making my choice because I knew exactly what I was getting into. I also hugely appreciate that even after the sale when questions have popped up he’s remained accessible so that I can get assistance when necessary. For instance when I forgot my macpass in my trade in vehicle, he was quick to help getting it back to me. Everyone at the dealership seemed very friendly and accommodating. The financial advisor was of great help, again, not overbearing, but he did thoroughly advise me of what resources were available to assist me in addition to the purchase of the vehicle. I truly appreciate the caliber of care that’s been put into making sure this vehicle is good for me. When I first sat in it there was a huge split in the windshield, so they repaired that, detailed the car, and ensured that my tires were brand new so I don’t have to be concerned about them wearing out on me soon. All in all I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat! More
