Had my Jeep towed in twice after fail to properly diagnose root cause. Was told Battery Dead, I replaced the battery still same issue. Was told they couldn't find a fault, and to pick up the jeep. Di diagnose root cause. Was told Battery Dead, I replaced the battery still same issue. Was told they couldn't find a fault, and to pick up the jeep. Didn't even start at their dealership (!) FINALLY identified starter 2 months (!) later. Previously good service for scheduled service, but this time the ball was dropped very badly and I paid for a new battery that had nothing to do with the problem. Unacceptable. More

Staff are always friendly. . but $17 to replace a cabin filter . It took 2 mins …. And was even grabbing the part . Been going there since 2008 .
