Poor service I made a service apt for 8:30, service dept called to confirm my apt the day before. Arrive to check in for apt for the lady to say I don’t have an ap I made a service apt for 8:30, service dept called to confirm my apt the day before. Arrive to check in for apt for the lady to say I don’t have an apt for you, but I’ll fit you in. Told me the Jeep would be ready at the latest by 2. Checked the status of it at 1:45 only to find out it had not even been looked at yet. Extremely frustrated as I had commitments to meet shortly after 2 and wasn’t notified of any delay. Long story short I had to take my Jeep without being looked at, after a complete waste of an entire day. Not too pleased. The service dept didn’t seem to empathetic either. More
