SEEMLESS BUY I was given Greg Collins name by a friend. I call Greg on a Friday and he was not working on Sat. but made a special trip in to meet with me. We spoke about what I wanted in a truck and he was a great listener and worked with me to make my choice , not once did he push a truck on me but found the one I wanted!! Also , Greg worked and found extra rebates for me that my locate RAM dealer didn't even mention. Greg's after sales service was second to none. More

New Ram and poor customer service. Lies lies lies From start to finish my wife and I had an excellent experience. We knew what we wanted and left with just that. John went above and beyond to get the numbers to where we both were happy. Arlene took care of the rest. We sadly left our '14 Ram with them and drove off with our new '17 black express wearing my new Ram hat. My only regret is that I should have had a sandwich at their snack bar. Edit Once they have your money, they lose the customer service. They don’t stand behind their quotes. I submitted another review on the parts department. I won’t give them another dime. Pitiful More

Mike quoted me $1295.35 out the door for a set of tires installed balanced taxes and levy fees for my Ram express that I bought from DDodge last year .He supplied me with the quote file number for when I came in to purchase them. A couple of weeks later I make the appt and verify the price again. Now it is $1505. Mike said that he could not help with his error. I asked to speak with his manager. Jerry Orser introduces himself as the parts manager and takes over. He said that it was someones mistake but that he was not going to help. I said it was Mike's mistake and that they should honor the quote. I asked to speak with his boss and he said that it is Bill the parts manager. I said I thought you were the parts manager. Jerry denied saying that even though he took the call from Mike when I asked to speak to the manager. Mike screwed up and Jerry tried to cover it up and this resulted in me buying my tires elsewhere. Glenn Nicholson tried to retain me as a future customer by I'm assuming lowering the price but with me, 1 strike you're out when it comes to dealing with deceitful people. Dartmouth Dodge, It's staff like that that will and have an effect on your customer retention. More

Been driving Jeep's for many years but the design changes made finding a new one difficult but settled on a patriot. Finding what I wanted was a little difficult for Mike but he came through with my requests. However, I didn't enjoy driving my Jeep after a couple of years so when I heard an advertisement on the radio regarding Dodge upgrade I decided a new ram worked for both myself and my husband. So we hunted Mike down and found him at a new dealership. Again, we were pleased with his guidance throughout this process and we are very happy with our new purchase. Thanks Mike!! More
Purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram. Dan was super easy to deal with. Super fast at answering any questions, and if he didn’t know the answer he was super fast at finding out the answer.
