Ram truck experience. I had a Jeep (long time Jeep lover) and with a new baby needed something with four doors. I knew I wanted a Jeep or a Ram. We also have a experience. I had a Jeep (long time Jeep lover) and with a new baby needed something with four doors. I knew I wanted a Jeep or a Ram. We also have a horse and dirt bikes so a truck made the most sense. In order to accommodate the baby seat we needed a full crew cab. We found a truck that was more than we planned to spend but met our needs. Mike was accommodating and worked to get us into it. I liked that Mike wasn't pushy and was understanding and easy to talk to. This was something we didn't find elsewhere with sales people so that was a plus. We had a few things we were not happy with. I've only purchased two new vehicles before but felt this experience wasn't as good as previous ones. I had regretted going to the city and wished I'd stayed at a valley dealership. I did post a negative review and almost instantly Sid was in contact. He and my fiancé just finished discussing the issues on the phone and he seemed genuinely eager to fix the issues. I'm updating my review in response to their willingness to discuss things. I would recommend Mike. If you're at this dealership and are not happy I would suggest pushing to see Sid. He wants his dealership to be well represented. More

The Grand Caravan I left with had a few more features than I initially wanted, however, after taking a test drive I am very pleased that those features are on my vehicle. Not Impressed I was told my car would be taken in for under coating process as soon as I got there and it wasn't until 5 hours later it was taken in to be done. I came from out of province and was in a rush to get it done since I was leaving in the next 2 days to drive back to Labrador. The sales person John made the appointment and said it was all good to go. But when I told all this to the Service Adviser Tara Howard she told me they were just finishing a truck from the night before. ( 5 hours later) they took my car in. Poor service I made a service apt for 8:30, service dept called to confirm my apt the day before. Arrive to check in for apt for the lady to say I don’t have an apt for you, but I’ll fit you in. Told me the Jeep would be ready at the latest by 2. Checked the status of it at 1:45 only to find out it had not even been looked at yet. Extremely frustrated as I had commitments to meet shortly after 2 and wasn’t notified of any delay. Long story short I had to take my Jeep without being looked at, after a complete waste of an entire day. Not too pleased. The service dept didn’t seem to empathetic either. More

As I walked around the showroom Dan Murphy was the first to jump up and ask me if I needed any help. After explaining it was a company vehicle we work with Dan and your fleet group to get me in my new Dodge Ram. Dan was taking my calls after hours and on days off which was more then I could of expected. Always was up beat and making sure I was happy along the way.
