Was given an appointment and showed up at the correct time and was told I had a 3 hour wait!! I was finally taken care of and still took over an hour and I paid for the rest of the time. Service Appointment times do not mean anything here. It has happened to me twice where I’ve had an appointment made for service early in the morning and it did not get in for service that day. Tried calling multiple times to find out the status of my vehicle only to have the phone ring off the hook with no answer. I had at least 3 phone calls asking to make an appointment for an oil change. I made an appointment and when I arrived that told me that didn't take appointments, you line up as first come, first appointment for an oil change. I just didn't like the fact that I was misinformed , apparently by a third party. Perhaps the third party has been misinformed. More
