Worst experience ever at my local dodge dealership. Paid $2200 dollars for literally nothing. Before I brought my truck there it would one moment work, the next it wouldn’t with all service dash light Paid $2200 dollars for literally nothing. Before I brought my truck there it would one moment work, the next it wouldn’t with all service dash lights / symbols going off. So they said it was the PCM module and they replaced it and reprogrammed it. The truck starts .. but as soon as I get to my house the dash starts going crazy on me again saying to service everything and I cannot start the truck.. so within an hour the truck broke down again with the same issues… to me this means absolutely nothing was fixed and I am not a happy customer. It’s almost the holidays and people don’t have the money to spend on this stuff but they are forced to or else we won’t survive and dealerships know this and take advantage of people. A pcm module for my truck can be bought for $110-$422 dollars depending on where you go. So why did I pay $2200 dollars taxes in for it NOT TO WORK. Makes no sense to me and I’d like my truck fixed like was promised or else I’ll need to get my money back so I can try somewhere else. More

Before we start, I’m not a car mechanic but I have been a Marine Mechanic for over 27yrs, hold a red seal Millwright and specialized in Machining. I usually do my brakes/oil change myself, but felt lazy tha Marine Mechanic for over 27yrs, hold a red seal Millwright and specialized in Machining. I usually do my brakes/oil change myself, but felt lazy that morning and decided to bring it in.. Brought my vehicle for oil change and brake service, very basic. 2 hours later, received a call stating that they stripped one of my Lock Nut and it would take some effort to remove with Dremel. They denied using an Impact Gun/Wrench to remove any studs. After 3 hours of messing around and $187, my car was ready. 2 months later, checking my brakes (before winter checks) to realize that one of my Studs was stripped out. Good thing I didn't get a flat tire, I would have been stuck on the side of the road, God knows where. Please tell me again, you don’t use Impact Guns to remove or replace studs on tires, Not impressed, total bill $600+ :/ More

My visits to Dartmouth Dodge it seam like there is a disgruntled air from the employees. My visit this time they did a vehicle recall and they were suppose to check out the rest of the vehicle but I was not given any review on my 2023 ram rebel and that was the first time the mechanics at Dartmouth Dodge have had there hands on my truck all my oil changes have been done by the Quicklube station in the same building witch is fine but I make apps in the past and when I bring the truck in iam told that it's going to take the majority of the day so you should just move you truck over to the other lane if you want it quickly.its discouraging to not get my brand new truck checked out properly because there's not enough mechanics .frustrating for me see all the warranties I purchased what a waste.thanks for not taking care of my $102000 truck. Dropped off vehicle at 8am for my appt that I booked 2. 5 weeks prior. Started calling at 1230 for updates, kept getting pushed to a reception desk vm.I Still haven't gotten called back from her.lol... I re 5 weeks prior. I received call from service desk just before 2pm, telling me my issues. I arrived at shop at 430 to pick up after they fixed the issues, they just got paperwork saying its finished. Got out and 445pm. The work was done properly, the communication was awful. I still haven't figured out how my vehicle was the last completed??? I have more warranty parts coming , we will see how that goes next visit-stay tuned. More
