The service team is always friendly and knowledgeable, I find the service representatives trust worthy which keeps me coming back for the maintenance on my vehicle. They have a streamlined drive through oil and tire change bay which is a convenient service option that requires no appointment. I really like this service and more often than not I have not encountered wait times to utilize this service bay… unless it happens to be time to install winter tires; even then wait times have been within reason considering the season. Was given an appointment and showed up at the correct time and was told I had a 3 hour wait!! I was finally taken care of and still took over an hour and I paid for the rest of the time. Service Appointment times do not mean anything here. It has happened to me twice where I’ve had an appointment made for service early in the morning and it did not get in for service that day. Why schedule appointment times if you can’t honour them. I was not phoned to be informed of delays or the need to reschedule. Tried calling multiple times to find out the status of my vehicle only to have the phone ring off the hook with no answer. Very disappointing service after you spend a lot of money on a vehicle from their dealership. More
I had at least 3 phone calls asking to make an appointment for an oil change. I made an appointment and when I arrived that told me that didn't take appointments, you line up as first come, first appointment for an oil change. I made an appointment and when I arrived that told me that didn't take appointments, you line up as first come, first served. I waited in line and once in, the service was good. I just didn't like the fact that I was misinformed , apparently by a third party. Perhaps the third party has been misinformed. More
