Terrible service. I had an appointment for my truck the other day for a 7:45 am appointment. Dropped my truck off in the morning as I worked that day until 3pm. Showed up shortly after 3pm and still hadn't taken my vehicle in for service. Had to wait until almost 4pm before I got my truck. What's the point of making appointments if you're not gonna honor them????? More

Very sloppy work by service department. Why? Well, I had to pay to have my car towed back to the dealership just after pick up from paying about $1200 for work including new rotors and pa Why? Well, I had to pay to have my car towed back to the dealership just after pick up from paying about $1200 for work including new rotors and pads on front and routine service on rear brakes. The front wheel was extremely hot with a "brake" smell and the front wheel calipers had seized (they were fine before they touched my car) and the service advisors insist towing is at my expense because, "It's a common problem after replacing pads and rotors and no way for them to know the calipers seized..." and even once the service manager is informed he just brushes your email aside with a, "Very sorry to hear about that" with zero other follow up.... Sloppy service department and department managers with no care for customers. More
