I'm back My present vehicle is my third from Dartmouth Dodge, I had been given better quotes by other dealers on my other Chrysler purchases including my prese My present vehicle is my third from Dartmouth Dodge, I had been given better quotes by other dealers on my other Chrysler purchases including my present 2014 Grand Caravan but over the years I always used Dartmouth Dodge for service/warranty work. I have found this dealership to be very accommodating, friendly and always considerate of their customers. I consulted with Chris Conrod in the Service Bay this past Tuesday regarding a windshield issue, Thursday was my appointment and due to weather conditions and relying on a subcontractor they were unable to complete the task. This was not Dartmouth Dodge's fault but still Chris provided me with a courtesy van for overnight and called me today (Fri) to pick up my repaired van. This is great service considering the extraordinarily bad snow storms that we have been having all week. Great job and Kudos to Chris. More

Very disappointed as we had been Chrysler customers for year We were Chrysler customers since 1972 and we were always very pleased with the Chrysler service. However we were contacted by your dealership to trad We were Chrysler customers since 1972 and we were always very pleased with the Chrysler service. However we were contacted by your dealership to trade our2011 Chrysler 300 in and we went to Dartmouth Dodge and nobody there was interested in serving us. We waited 1 hour and nobody seemed interested in us so we left. We were contacted by a Hyundia dealer Oregans and they couldn't do enough for us. They gave us $6000.00 more for our car then Chrysler were going to give us for our 2011 Chrysler 300. So sorry we cannot give you a good recommendation. Also your service manager wasn't all that good either and if it had not been for one of your service personnel ( Tom Macphee) we would have left earlier. Very disappointed Ex Chrysler customers. More

5000km of convenience!! I bought my first vehicle from Dartmouth Dodge in 2010. Fully loaded Ram Sport. Loved it. Great experience working with Doug and one of his sales guys I bought my first vehicle from Dartmouth Dodge in 2010. Fully loaded Ram Sport. Loved it. Great experience working with Doug and one of his sales guys, Greg Collins. A couple years after that my dad went in and purchased a 2500 Longhorn from Doug and his team. I have since moved 5000km away to Calgary, AB and when it was time for my girlfriend to buy herself a new Cherokee Trailhawk I knew exactly where we have the best experience. We were not disappointed! Such friendly and helpful staff throughout the entire process, and keep in mind we are 5000km away. Doug and Greg found the perfect vehicle for us and it was ready for us the day we finalized the sale.
