When I arrived i had to wait for 20 minutes to get in only to find out that the part required for the repair was “back ordered”. The technician then asked me if I wanted him to order the part. This made me think it was not ordered in the first place. I left and haven’t had any sort of correspondence until I received a request to fill out this survey. Very disappointing and frustrating. I had this appointment made under the impression that all the right strut assembly parts were ready to be installed. This was under warranty. It's my concern that I am going to be waiting forever until my the right strut assembly parts were ready to be installed. This was under warranty. It's my concern that I am going to be waiting forever until my warranty runs out and because of the parts not being received by the dealership in a timely fashion, I will end up having to pay for a job that is supposed to be covered under warranty oit of my own pocket. I have been waiting for these parts I excess of 6 months. Where is the accountability to the customer? Someone somewhere is dropping the ball and I will end up paying for it. More
