Worst experience ever at my local dodge dealership. Paid $2200 dollars for literally nothing. Before I brought my truck there it would one moment work, the next it wouldn’t with all service dash light Paid $2200 dollars for literally nothing. Before I brought my truck there it would one moment work, the next it wouldn’t with all service dash lights / symbols going off. So they said it was the PCM module and they replaced it and reprogrammed it. The truck starts .. but as soon as I get to my house the dash starts going crazy on me again saying to service everything and I cannot start the truck.. so within an hour the truck broke down again with the same issues… to me this means absolutely nothing was fixed and I am not a happy customer. It’s almost the holidays and people don’t have the money to spend on this stuff but they are forced to or else we won’t survive and dealerships know this and take advantage of people. A pcm module for my truck can be bought for $110-$422 dollars depending on where you go. So why did I pay $2200 dollars taxes in for it NOT TO WORK. Makes no sense to me and I’d like my truck fixed like was promised or else I’ll need to get my money back so I can try somewhere else. More
