Vic was excellent in the purchase of my vehicle. I had fantastic service with honesty and integrity. Vic provided me with a great reliable vehicle for my needs and did not try to sell me something o I had fantastic service with honesty and integrity. Vic provided me with a great reliable vehicle for my needs and did not try to sell me something of more money or upsell me at all. He directed his questions to me even though my husband was with me. He was very respectful and directed his questions to me. That was important as at other dealerships I did not have that experience at all. Vic took great care of me and I would tell anyone to go see him at Dartmouth Dodge. Karen was great as well and explained things very well for the purchase of the vehicle. Thank you Vic and Karen!!!! Had a very challenging situation which took time to resolve however there were no less than ten employees at the dealership working to help out. I appreciate the follow up and putting the client first. resolve however there were no less than ten employees at the dealership working to help out.
