One of the worst service that I have experienced. I made an appointment a month ago to have a part put on the car. When I dropped it off nothing was told to me that the part was not ordered.It was th I made an appointment a month ago to have a part put on the car. When I dropped it off nothing was told to me that the part was not ordered.It was there for more than a day and then they called and said we haven't ordered the part yet cause it's on back order. They called me the day before to confirm that I was still coming and if I needed an Uber. I said no because the address is an hour and half drive. While the vehicle was there they did inform me that my inspection was due. And that I could make another appointment. This was a new vehicle purchased new from this dealer. More

I had an appointment at 9 AM in the morning. It took them three hours to do an inspection and I think they did an oil change. I’m not sure they didn’t put a sticker on the window not very happy It took them three hours to do an inspection and I think they did an oil change. I’m not sure they didn’t put a sticker on the window not very happy with the service at all. I thought the oil change was supposed to be free with my plan but I had to pay for it because they said expired December 15. I didn’t need the servicing until the end of the month. More
