I have given a great review to this dealership because they did everything to make my experience with them a great experience, even though we had so many set backs. When I first arrived Jim greater me rig they did everything to make my experience with them a great experience, even though we had so many set backs. When I first arrived Jim greater me right at the door and spent about an hour helping me find the Toyota that best suited my needs. First he got me to try out the different vehicles until I found the right one. Then he and Yousef helped me find the right price. They were both very patient and indulgent. However, once they received my cheque, things went down hill, through no fault of their own. At first their delivery manager got me into the body shop that same day so that they could apply my platinum protection package and be able to drive away in my brand new truck that same day. I was supper happy. We made an appointment to pick up my truck at 5 pm and I left happy. However, the body shop banged up my truck. I was furious. I explained to them that I had cancelled my insurance and had until midnight to drive. They resolved this by getting me a very comfortable rental. They got the rental place to waive my credit card and certain fees. They then got the autobody shop to replace the roof of my new truck with a new roof. Here I was perfectly satisfied. However a family emergency that evening cased me to have to travel the next day. To accommodate me they stayed late waiting for me to come and drop off the rental and then offered me a ride to the airport, in a large comfortable car. I will be comming back to Toyota in 2 years for my next trade in. More

Ron was fantastic! He answered all my questions I had without any hesitation. It was great to have a sales rep. who was able to have an A and B conversation with me and not just 1 sided on their part. without any hesitation. It was a great environment to be in as all the employee's seem to share the same repore which was amazing to see. I have been dealing with Sunshine Toyota for a number of years - buying my cars there (new and used) and going there for repairs. I've had 3 service visits so far. The 1st two were a nightmare but today was a vast improvement. Everything today was near perfect. I am not sure if the improvement was due to my complaints on the prior nightmare but today was a vast improvement. Everything today was near perfect. Here's hoping that today's good service IS more indicative of their normal service and the two bad experiences WERE just aberattions. More
